Ray was born and raised in Washington D.C. before serving nine years as a Marine Corps Working Dog Handler, and then as a Drill Instructor. Following his service, Ray found his second home in Detroit Michigan where he has lived for the past seven years. Oasis Detroit represents Ray’s goal to combine the grit, attention to detail, and mission focus with his creativity and love for the trades to build a contracting business that clients could not just trust, but also enjoy working with.
