IT WORKS
When you work with Oasis Detroit, you’re not working with just another contractor. Customer experience is as important to us as the quality of the work we do. We take the time to listen to what our clients and stay in communication throughout the project.
OUR CONTRACTOR ACCOUNTABILITY PROCESS
our process
INITIAL CONSULTATION:
Oasis Detroit will meet with you on-site to discuss your goals for your space, your budget, and create a rough scope of the work.
01THE ESTIMATE VISIT:
Oasis Detroit will gather and compile all of the information needed to build the most accurate design and cost estimate possible. This includes detailed measuring, taking video and photos of the space, and a thorough annotation of what you want and need from your project.

DESIGN PHASE:
Oasis Detroit will design and plan your project. This includes exploring and determining pricing for materials and labor.
03ESTIMATE PRESENTATION:
Depending on the size of your project, a call or meeting will be scheduled to present the design and estimate for discussion and review.
04CONTRACT SIGNING/DEPOSIT:
Once you establish your intent to proceed, a contract will be provided for you to sign as well as a deposit amount to be paid.

PROJECT KICKOFF:
Ray will be on–site on day one to ensure that everything starts smoothly, that the plan is clear to our team, and that you are informed of and comfortable with the upcoming process.
06DAILY CHECK-INS:
We provide short daily check-ins so that you’re always up to date with the project, whether it be design and style choices to potential bumps in the road.
07WEEKLY PROGRESS & BUDGET REVIEWS:
Each week, we’ll review your project’s progress and budget in detail to ensure everything is on track for our expected completion date.
08PRE-FINAL INSPECTION:
Near the end of the project, we’ll ask you to walk through your new space with us to make sure our objectives are being met and that the quality of our work is up to your expectations.

FINAL INSPECTION AND FINAL PAYMENT:
After work is complete, we will walk you through the finished project and accept final payment.
10CALL BACK DAY:
After you’ve spent a week or so in your space we’ll check back in with you to see if there is anything we might have overlooked. We’ll then schedule a day for us to return and complete those tasks to ensure your space is truly FINISHED to your satisfaction.

30-DAY CHECK-IN:
A month after completion, we will call you to see how things are going and request your feedback so that we can continue to improve our process.
