  Oasis Detroit

As a former Marine, combat veteran, and Drill Instructor Ray Myers started Oasis Detroit in 2022. His goal was to give clients not just a beautiful space, but also a customer service experience to match. Through both wins and loses, Ray has landed on a system he believes takes the friction and stress out of your contracting experience.

Oasis Detroit works with clients to conceptualize, design, and build their perfect space. Our clients can trust that Ray and his team will exceed their expectations through constant communication, transparency, and measurable accountability.

INITIAL CONSULTATION:

Oasis Detroit will meet with you on-site to discuss your goals for your space, your budget, and create a rough scope of the work.

ESTIMATE & DESIGN PROCESS:

Oasis Detroit will gather and compile all of the information needed to build the most accurate design and cost estimate possible. We’ll design and plan your project and then present the design and estimate for discussion and review. Once you intend to proceed, a contract will be provided for you to sign as well as a deposit amount.

PROJECT KICKOFF & CHECK-INS:

Ray will be on–site on day one to ensure that everything starts smoothly. We’ll provide short daily check-ins so that you’re always up to date on everything. Each week, we’ll review your project’s progress and budget in detail to ensure we’re on track for our expected completion date.

PRE-FINAL INSPECTION:

Near the end of the project, we’ll ask you to walk through your new space with us to make sure our objectives are being met and that the quality of our work is up to your expectations.

THE WRAP-UP:

After work is complete, we will walk you through the finished project and accept final payment. We’ll check back in with you after a week to see if there is anything we might have overlooked, and then schedule a day for us to return to complete any tasks. A month after completion, we will call you to see how things are going and request your feedback to improve our process.
